Our home is a newly built, modern minimalist luxury property featuring 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, designed with natural finishes to create a contemporary yet earthy ambiance. The space has been thoughtfully curated and fully furnished with high-end modern furniture, artwork, and natural stone details throughout. The house is flooded with natural light, thanks to large sliding glass doors and eyebrow windows positioned at the top of the high ceilings in the living and dining areas. Each bathroom features distinctive textures and tiles, adding character to every space. The lush, green landscaping complements the spacious covered terrace, and the pool area includes a removable childproof fence for added flexibility during outdoor shoots. This versatile home is ideal for a wide range of productions, including photoshoots, podcasts, commercials, films, music videos, fashion and beauty content, cooking shows, and more. The kitchen, bar areas, and outdoor covered terrace are particularly well-suited for food, drink, and BBQ content, while the unique bathrooms offer a perfect backdrop for beauty and lifestyle shoots. Additionally, the backlit quartzite bar and buffet areas provide stunning setting, making them ideal for liquor brand content or drink-related productions. ***All areas of the home are available for use, with the *exception of the master bathroom, bedroom and children’s bedrooms*.
