To give you the best budget flexibility, your base rental secures exclusive use of ONE floor of your choice. Need both? You can easily unlock the second floor in our Add-Ons! Booking both levels allows you to shoot on one floor while using the other for video village, or host a formal meeting downstairs and a VIP cocktail hour upstairs. THE TWO SPACES: When you book, simply let us know which floor fits your vision: ☁️ The Downstairs (Max Capacity: 100) – Bright, White & Wide Open A stunning, stark white industrial canvas built for scale. This space hosts rotating art installations made with rainbow colors. With soaring ceilings and beautiful bounced natural light, this space is perfect for large commercial sets, dance parties, keynote presentations, and banquets. This floor houses our gorgeous private dressing room (perfect for HMU, green room, or bridal suite) and two private bathrooms. ✨ The Upstairs (Max Capacity: 75) – Moody, Maximalist & Immersive A highly curated maximalist wonderland dripping with color. This floor features unique, ready-to-shoot vignettes, stunning photo backdrops, overhead twinkly lights, and stylized lounge sets. The lighting is intentionally dark and moody, making it an absolute dream for editorial shoot, VIP cocktail hours, and creative breakout sessions. TWO WAYS TO HOST: The "Blank Canvas": Rent the venue and bring your own vision or crew to life! (Please note: Our artistic installations are permanent. If you need them moved for a set build or event theme, you must purchase our "Space Customization" add-on). The "Fully Curated" Experience: Don't want to do it yourself? We have in-house staff photographers, full A/V capabilities (large TV/mics), and deep relationships with caterers, DJs, and world-class entertainers (cirque, burlesque, live music). LOGISTICS, SCOUTING & TOURS: We are built on an incline, meaning both floors feature their own direct exterior entry ramps for effortless gear, A/V, and catering load-in. (Note: The floors are connected internally by a steep fire escape, making renting a single floor the most seamless experience for smaller budgets). Want to scout the space?
