About the Space
We offer a PODCAST ROOM fully equipped with all the Rode equipment you need to run a 1-4 person podcast (storage & a moderator is an optional add on). We offer a 2 DESK OFFICE SET, with a big white board and chairs for any office scenes. We also have a PHOTO BAY with a PRIVATE CHANGING ROOM equipped with a clothing rack, full body mirror, and ironing board and steamer to keep you looking fresh! Finally, we have a LIVING ROOM SET next to our OFFICE MEETING SET, both sets fully furnished. ALL SETS INCLUDE ACCESS TO ALL OF OUR LIGHTS, C-STANDS, BACKDROPS, SOUND BLANKETS, PROPS, SPEAKERS and EXTENSION CORDS. ADDITIONALLY, WE PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE BUILDING’S COMMUNITY MEZZANINE (Lunchroom), FOR ALL TO USE AS HOLDING, LUNCH, Etc. PLEASE NOTE: the mezzanine is open to the whole building so please refrain from disturbing others who may be using it. Bathrooms located on every floor.
