About the Space
At this location we have great natural lighting, tons of creative space, different color backdrops, high ceilings, concrete floors, and on-site security. The space has a clean dedicated hair and makeup section. We specialize in photoshoots, video shoots, tiktok party, apparel shoot, promotional photoshoot, modeling, product films, film interview, audition, casting, client meeting, dance studio, branding/products shoots, headshots, editorial, portrait, documentary shoot, fitness video, commercial, cosmetics, fashion, script reads etc.. We also feature the ability to hire a photographer. The building is within a 5-mile radius of Grand Central Market, coffee shops, grocery stories, and some awesome restaurants.

This space is a corner studio that has really great light. Large, spacious, with plenty of room for talent, hair, makeup, etc. It also has multiple seamless backdrop options, black drapes, with different types of chairs and furniture. The host is excellent. There's a friendly and helpful studio assistant that preps the room and turns the AC on prior to your arrival. Will absolutely book again!

The space: Probably the cleanest, best organized space I've shot in. There was a studio assistance prepping the space when I arrived; and he came back in after the shoot had concluded. They obviously take pride and care in the space. Everything in good working order. Corner unit with windows on both walls - tons of natural light. The Host: Oscar communicates promptly and clearly, in a friendly manner. Access: There are two parking structures. One next to the building, one across the street. Both are reasonable priced (less than $10 on a Saturday). The elevator to the 7th floor is reasonably sized (and doesn't feel like its falling apart, like so many elevators in old buildings). Will absolutely book again!
