Its flexible floor plan allows for easy camera movement, lighting setups, and efficient crew flow. Designed with production in mind, the loft offers a quiet environment, straightforward load-in, and ample room for small to mid-size crews. Furniture can be rearranged as needed to support a wide range of creative setups. Aesthetic / Look The space carries a subtle Paris / New York loft influence, often used as a stand-in for “NY in LA” productions. Clean architectural lines, restrained textures, and natural light give it a timeless, editorial feel. Evening & Night Shoots At golden hour and after dark, the studio offers expansive sunset views and dramatic city lights, making it especially well suited for evening photography, interviews, and cinematic night scenes. PRICING STRUCTURE Studio Rental — Base Rate Base hourly rate includes access to the dedicated photo studio and white alcove areas, ideal for portraits, editorial, product photography, and small video shoots. Expanded Loft Access Areas of the loft visible in the listing photos may be used for filming or photography depending on the scope of the production. Use of spaces beyond the dedicated photo studio and white alcove requires prior approval and may involve an additional location fee based on crew size, equipment, and production needs. Lighting & Grip Natural light throughout the day. Production lighting and grip equipment is available upon request and quoted separately based on scope.
