Are you looking for location that you can showcase your art or any creative project ? I have my studio available for you to rent. It is 16' high ceiling warehouse in near USC DTLA , There are about 1500 Sq area you can use, My Heart tree house is already installed . you are welcome to use it if you want to use as chill zone , relaxing area or just meditate. 4 people is max inside tree house per time. i also have two couches and one cutting table (4'x 8' ). If you don't want to use it i can easily move out to different area. This location is perfect for Art Gallery , Photo studio, filming , production, wardrobe fitting , workshop, prop making , furniture build and small event and meeting and much more.... There are 2 cars parking space available in the back parking lot. Rest of people and crew will park on street.. you can access the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and the washing and dryer.. i have a double door ( not as big as a loading door ) facing the street, easy loading in and out on ground label. Location is fully secure installed alarm system and camera on street. I will work it out anything you need to success creating your project.!!
