Are you looking for bigger space to work your sewing projects? or any kind of art projects? well i have my sewing studio available for you to rent. It is 16' high ceiling warehouse in near Usc Dtla , Location come with sewing work shop and open area about 1260 Sq total of 1500 sq available for you to use. . You can use three industrial sewing machines and irons, sewing notions and much more.. I also have variety fabrics that you can purchase extra cost for convenience. It is perfect for wardrobe fitting , sewing workshop, prop making , furniture build etc. There are 2 cars parking space available in the back parking lot. . you can access the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and the washing and dryer.. The rest of the crew will park on the street.. I have a double door ( not as big as a loading door ) facing the street, easy loading in and out on ground label. I will work it out anything you need to success creating your art!!
