About the Space
A spacious and flexible 2000 square foot studio perfect for photo shoots and small to medium productions. Spreckels Building PARKING: There are plenty of paid parking lots nearby but we recommend parking on Rene 31 parking lot This is a parking structure managed by Curbstand. They offer a flat rate fee of $9 for the whole day or $5 after 5pm. THE SPACE DOES HAVE AC AND HEATING (40,000 BTU’S) ELEVATOR: Both a normal building & freight elevator (freight elevator access via private alley). FLEXIBLE LAYOUT (Fee: $150): The following can be rearranged and secured to suit client’s needs – 7′ H x 10′ W & 11′ H x 10′ W mobile wall panels – Free standing green cyclorama – Muslin backdrop system GREEN ROOM: 2 station vanity for hair and make-up/changing room/sofa/sink LIGHTING: This is a natural light studio (light comes in through the NW facing windows). We don’t currently offer any lighting packages so please arrange to bring your own. SOUND: Studio is not treated for sound. There is the occasional light noise coming from the streets.
