Welcome to a vintage-inspired creative studio in DTLA: a dreamy, femme-forward playground with high ceilings and tall industrial windows that flood the space with natural light and beautiful city views! Designed for photoshoots, film projects, content creation, and small events, the space offers six distinct sets for creative projects of every kind. The sets include: 💋 The Sweet Stage, framed with blush and wine velvet curtains and a crystal chandelier, perfect for performances, photography, and music videos! 🛁 The Champagne Soak, a glamorous set featuring a rare collectible vintage black clawfoot bathtub, set on a small arched stage with pastel pink tiles and vintage flair. Perfect for boudoir shoots! 🖤 The Pin-Up Cabana, a bold, liminal-chic poolside inspired set with a black-and-white statement sofa and soft pastel backdrop 💘 The Sweet Spot, a romantic set featuring a 6 foot tall heart draped in layered pinks and reds, ready for flirty and playful shots. 🎀 The Backstage Boudoir, a dressing room and set with pin-striped walls, vanity lighting, a full-length mirror, and a private curtained changing area. 🍸 The Martini Lounge Corner, a cozy, colorful vignette designed for lifestyle shoots or retro-inspired content. The studio includes a Bluetooth speaker for music during shoots/events, along with tripods, light stands, and basic photography gear available for use or rental. Guests have access to a private dressing area, restroom, Wi-Fi, rolling rack, and climate control. Three security cameras record 24/7 for safety. Located in a secure building with easy load-in access and flexible parking options — onsite gated parking for $10/day or free street parking nearby.
