Breathtaking coastline and whitewater views from four ocean view estate parcels. A 160 acre ranch, two minutes from PCH in a gated community. A large, dreamy piece of land with room for horses and any other outdoor activity. Convenient to shops, restaurants and beaches. There are two large Airstreams on the property that can be removed or used for filming. Any other vehicles on the property can be removed during filming as well. There are chickens and chicken coops on the property.
