Dramatic waterfront home with a beach park view located on a quiet cul-de-sac. 1/4 acre pie-shaped lot with a huge 50 year old magnolia tree for shaded privacy. Many fruit trees, grassy area, and a vegetable garden. 131 feet of private water access across from the beach. 18 ft. electric boat on floating dock available as well. Provides access to the popular Foster City lagoon.
