Downtown Warehouse with a large 3 wall White Cyc

About the Space

Ex cold storage space turned in to a fully functioned video/photo studio with a large white cyc wall with custom built sound insulation on the ceilings along with 2 large mobile sound dampening walls. It's a 3500 sq ft of space to work with, half designated for production and the other half for lounging and our "office space". It's been utilized for many different types of projects, from simple photoshoots and interviews to full on music videos and short sci-fy films with a UFO built on set. We have a fridge, culligan, plenty of counter space and tables for crafty/props (no sink or water in our space). The production area has grip, lights, gels, stingers, stands, and for power we have plenty of outlets, each circuit is on a 40amp breaker and there's 4 of them (one per wall). There is a newly built custom light grid above the white cyc with extension cord reels hanging down to make your lives easier.
