The open mat area is free of pillars and major obstructions, giving instructors, athletes, photographers, and production crews plenty of room to move and capture wide camera angles. The training floor features approximately 4 inches of professional martial arts matting, providing substantial cushioning for martial arts, grappling, fitness, mobility work, stretching, and other floor-based activities. The facility operates as an active professional martial arts academy outside of booking times. Guests are expected to respect the training environment and leave the space as they found it. Outdoor shoes are not permitted on the mat area.
