Welcome to a flexible creative space in downtown Syracuse built for podcasters, photographers, and content creators who want a professional studio without a long-term lease. Book hourly or set up recurring sessions for podcasts, photo shoots, and content production. The studio includes professional lighting, podcast equipment, multiple set options, creative backdrops, and air conditioning for year-round comfort. PODCAST STUDIO Choose from two podcast sets, both arranged in a conversational layout designed to look great on camera: • White Bouclé Set: two white bouclé chairs and a white bouclé loveseat. Clean, modern look for lifestyle podcasts and interviews. • Brown Leather Set: two brown leather chairs. Warm, conversational look for interview-style shows. Included podcast equipment: • 4 Samson Q9x broadcast microphones • Zoom H6 32-bit float recorder • Microphone stands and cables Record up to four voices at once with professional-quality audio. Optional video podcast add-on: a three-camera setup positioned for multiple angles, tripods included, with cameras operated by our staff during your recording. Video lighting: • Amaran 300c with large lantern softbox for soft overhead light • 2 Neewer MS60C LED lights with small softboxes for fill • Additional lighting available to shape the scene PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO A fully equipped space for portraits, branding shoots, and creative content sessions. Backdrops: wall-mounted system with multiple seamless colors, included in the rental price. Please return backdrops to their original position after use. Studio lighting included: • Godox AD600 on a rolling stand with large parabolic softbox for soft key light • 2 Godox V860II flashes with strip boxes for rim or kicker light • Amaran 300c with large lantern softbox for soft ambient light • 2 Neewer MS60C lights with small softboxes for fill or accent light • Godox BFP projection attachment for creative patterned effects AMENITIES • Coffee station • Fully stocked beverage fridge • Comfortable seating • Climate-controlled space with air conditioning GOOD TO KNOW • Paid garage parking nearby; street parking may be available depending on time of day • Guests may photograph in the building halls and lobby if respectful of other tenants and building activity • Please keep noise reasonable in common areas • No smoking anywhere in the studio or building Our studio was created to give Syracuse creators a professional, flexible place to create.
