About the Space

Large home built 1887. Two stories plus attic and basement. Large front, side and back yard. Two long driveways. One driveway paved and one not paved. Corner property with street parking on both sides of our home. This house retains many original features including fireplaces, doors and staircase. Our property is located in the downtown Richmond KY area. This is close to shopping and hotels, yet we have a fairly large lot in the heart of the city.
