About the Space
Our creative space in South Park, Downtown LA, is located just blocks away from Staples Center, the Fashion District and Gallery Row! This newly renovated industrial design space is the ideal location for private events or creative showcases. It is a brand new space on the market and is just opening it doors to the public with 3000 sq. ft of multi-functional space, lofty 25 ft ceilings and a 13 ft window with plenty of natural light facing Olive Street. VENUE DOES NOT STAY OPEN AFTER 8PM. A $500 FINE PER EACH 30 MINS WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY GUESTS THAT VIOLATE THE VENUE HOURS.

This space was a perfect size for our Pop-Up Shop- everything is exactly as described and depicted. Tanya was so sweet and prompt with her responses to our questions leading up to the date. Felix, who was also our security, was extremely helpful the day of the event! We had a sign issue and he was able to suggest a way to fix it. Will definitely be recommending to everyone!

AMAZING!!! FLEXIBLE! Everything you want and need in a medium sized venue space. We were given the freedom to do what we wanted and bring what we wanted into the space. Although we didn’t use their rentals. The amenities that came with the facility were beautiful and completed our decorations perfectly. They have a kitchen in the back that was clutch. It was the perfect.
