With a mix of modern and eclectic furniture, including a life-sized gold birdcage chair, snake mirror, luxe sofa area, gold bar cart, and serpentine chase chair, every corner is a visual delight. The rich colors and shimmering highlights make it an all-in-one space for any project or production, ideal for various occasions and creative endeavors. Green Room Filming/Production Rules: Booking Inquiry: Clearly communicate your project details. Contact us via the "Message Host" button for film, TV, music videos, or advertising campaigns. Discuss details, pricing, and availability. Same Day/Last Minute Booking Fee: $100 fee for bookings made on the same day. Guests and Capacity: Accurate guest count required. Approval needed for children under 13. Additional attendees require prior approval. Unauthorized guests may incur a higher hourly rate. If you go over our maximum capacity there will be a charge of $250 and the possibility of your production being shut down. Space Usage: Large shoots must start packing up 15-20 min before end time. No heels/shoes/pointy objects on furniture. $250 charge for marks on velvet. Birdcage chair is for sitting only - $150 charge for misuse. No beading, stones, sequins on birdcage chair. $150 charge. No pets unless approved. $150 fee for pets. $250 cleaning fee for rule violation. No Food/Drinks: Except closed water bottles. $250 charge for violations. No Smoking/Drugs/Alcohol: $250 charge for smoking, vaping, drugs, or alcohol violations. No Hazardous Items: No glitter, fog machines, confetti, fake blood, lit candles. $250 charge for violations. No paint/body paint. $250 charge for violations. No baby oil or body oil. $250 charge for violations. Studio Items: Do not move green couch or green area rug. $250 fee for violations. Do not sit on specific areas of furniture. $250 charge for violations. Do not remove items from walls. $250 charge for violations. Roses must not be untied or taken apart. $50 charge for damage. Additional Rules: No outside furniture, water activities, or filming in common areas. Circuit breaker violations incur a $150 charge. Overtime and Rescheduling: Overtime charges apply after booking end time. Rescheduling incurs a fee. AC and Noise: No AC, only industrial fans. Respect noise levels. Security Measures: Nest Cam records throughout the booking. $200 fee for unplugging. Locking and Clean-up: Keep the studio locked and attended. Clean up and return furniture to original positions. Failure may result in additional charges. Booking End Time: Leave promptly at the end of your booking. There will be an overtime charge for staying past your booking time. Storage/Setup: No use of hallway for storage/setup/photography. Alcohol/Drugs/Food/Smoke: Strictly prohibited inside the studio. Fines apply for violations. Promotional Use: Studio has limited rights for promotional content use when granted in the booking form or in writing.
