About the Space

Fully-equipped photo studio + video studio located on the lower level that offers a highly flexible space for production. The space can quickly transform into any backdrop needed for diverse video and photo shoots. You may utilize up to 3 parking spaces in our private lot for the duration of the booking at no cost. These spots are closest to the building and marked as 2-hour visitor spaces. Any additional spaces needed can be purchased for $10 per vehicle at the front desk. If you need more parking, there is ample free street parking nearby. Anyone parking in our lot will still need to stop by the front desk to pick up a parking pass to place in their vehicle. Amenities: - Complimentary coffee, tea, and beer (Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm only) - Large chef's kitchen - Phone booths - Conference Rooms - Game Room (ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, etc.) - Rooftop Patio - Onsite Cafe (Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm only)
