1964 dilapidated mobile home single wide, 10x48’ with a9.3x9.3” pop out, chock full of everything you can imagine. Mobile home park across from Fairplex Pomona/LA County Fairgrounds. Easy access, less than 2 miles from both the 10 and 210 freeways. This is my personal home in a mobile park, so in order to film or use the basketball court, dog run, pool or clubhouse, you would need permission from the office. The park is called Copacabana and it is owned by a larger mobile park conglomerate. There is a 3 car carport, and you can park in front of the home for an hour. Otherwise there is open street parking on the main road. Plenty of room for large trucks. This is ideal for small or indie productions, again unless you can get permission from the office to use the guest parking. But really the streets are small and guest parking is minimal, but the main street has ample parking Thand easy access. There are two metal storage sheds, a wooden tool cabinet, a pation with covered patio furniture, and a side yard. I have a friendly and easy going tuxedo cat who can also work, and he has a small enclosed jungle gym on the patio. I am also and actress and singer and can work.
