About the Space

Dubbed "The Treehouse" this Mid Century Modern home sits above street level with endless views in Los Angeles and an open floor plan with original character throughout. Inside you'll find 1700 square feet of space for shoots of all kinds. The space features endless amounts of natural light and is filled with designer touches. With original beamed ceilings and hardwood floors the home includes areas for shooting in: -Living Room: features include floor-to-ceiling windows with incredible natural light, a custom sofa, and vintage and handmade touches. -Entry: entry console with an open concept mid-century staircase that leads up to the upper level. -Upstairs Hallway: a custom floor-to-ceiling bookshelf filled with vintage and handmade items. -Dining Room: black and white checked floors with an oversized glass slider door that walks out to the lush mountainside backyard. -Primary Bedroom: original beamed ceiling, a skylight which fills to room with natural light all day with views of the backyard with a custom king sized bed. -Office: original beamed ceiling with corner windows of the backyard and a custom-made desk **** THE OFFICE IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE TO SHOOT IN - Guest Bedroom: original beamed ceiling with a queen size bed. - Backyard: the backyard has two levels - one that includes an outdoor lounge setup with a vintage mid century fireplace and one that includes a al fresco dining setup. In addition to the spaces, the home has a fully stocked prop area with hundreds of curated props to make your shoot seamless. If there is a specific piece that you are interested in please inquire ahead of booking to find out if it is available or if the space has changed. **** The driveway allows for 3 cars/trucks to park and there is also street parking up and down the street. The house itself is above street level and up a set of stairs to access the front door but there is a gate for easy loading in and access for any production equipment.
