About the Space

Enjoy this thoughtfully curated, newly renovated home for a luxury, film, photography or event experience. Beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and designed to be both elevated AND cozy, this spacious cottage is conveniently located to shops, cafes, and dining while being in a quaint part of the city. The home has successfully hosted an intimate wedding for 50 guests in the backyard, a bridal shower for 30 guests, and several birthday parties. The long driveway provides ample space for food tables and Photo Booth setup, the backyard easily accommodated tents and shade structures and tables and chairs, and there is a concrete pad that doubles as a perfect dance floor. We have connections with party supply vendors and event coordinators as well. The home is also immaculately renovated inside and out, and would make a wonderful backdrop in your production.
