The space offers a variety of looks within one location. Productions can capture poolside, garden, dining, lounge, fire pit and architectural settings without needing a company move. Natural light works beautifully throughout the day, while golden hour and twilight create a completely different atmosphere as the landscape and overhead lighting come on. The property works especially well for lifestyle photography, fashion and product shoots, commercials, social media content, interviews, brand campaigns, intimate dinners, baby and bridal showers, engagement celebrations and other thoughtfully planned gatherings. Important booking details: • Maximum occupancy is 20 people. • This is a private residential property, so respectful noise levels are required. • Swimming or talent entering the pool is not automatically included and must be requested and approved in advance. • There is currently no restroom access included with bookings, so guests and production teams should plan accordingly. • A detached private dwelling on the property is not included with the booking. • Outside vendors, catering, equipment, décor and special setups should be disclosed in advance. • Large speakers, DJs, live performances and high-volume parties are not permitted. • Booking time must include setup and breakdown. Free street parking is generally available nearby, and the backyard is accessed directly from street level through a designated side entrance.
