About the Space

An intimate, design-forward storefront and gathering space in the heart of Chelsea, Manhattan. Designed as a modern tea house, the space blends the warmth and character of a classic New York interior with a refined, minimalist aesthetic. Exposed brick, hardwood floors, high ceilings, soft neutral textiles, curated furnishings, and a large street-facing window create a warm and visually distinctive setting. The space is ideal for intimate events, brand activations, photo and video shoots, content creation, workshops, team offsites, meetings, pop-ups, tastings, wellness experiences, private dinners, and creative gatherings. The open layout is flexible and can be adapted for a variety of uses. An expandable round dining table can seat up to 10 guests or be repositioned to create additional open floor space. Built-in window seating and additional furnishings provide multiple areas for guests to gather, while the exposed brick wall and clean opposite wall offer two distinct backdrops for photography, filming, presentations, or product displays. At the front of the space is a hospitality kitchenette featuring two sinks, a mini refrigerator, filtered water on tap, counter space, and a beverage station. A three-compartment sink is located toward the rear of the space, along with a private restroom. Outside catering is welcome, making the venue particularly well suited for tastings, intimate dinners, catered meetings, and brand events. The ground-floor storefront offers direct street access, making load-in and guest arrival simple.
