Welcome to The Desert Villa & La Casita! Our charming adobe ranch house makes the perfect southwestern retreat to celebrate all of your special life moments. Beautifully nestled on the ridge between city and mountains, we are centrally located in the desirable Catalina Foothills. Less than a mile away from St. Phillips Plaza and La Encantada where you will enjoy quaint cafes, restaurants, and shopping. For outdoor lovers, explore nearby trails, Saguaro National Park, and Mt. Lemmon! The best of both worlds! Unique to other properties, your event at our southwestern abode includes BOTH the main house (The Villa) and a detached secondary unit (La Casita)! Please review our add-on features to book an overnight stay before/after your event. The Villa: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room facing the courtyard backdropped by lovely mountain views, electric fireplace, 4 TVs, and dining room. (Sleeps up to 10 people). -Bedroom 1: 1 King size bed, dresser, Smart TV, Wall AC unit -Bedroom 2: 1 Full size bed, desk, Smart TV -Bedroom 3: 2 Full size beds with a private bathroom, desk, Smart TV, Wall AC unit -(1) Full size air mattress available upon request. *A brand new AC unit was installed in the main house July 2025. La Casita: Studio style floor plan with a king size bed, Smart TV, kitchenette, dining area for two, sofa bed (full size), and full bathroom. (Sleeps up to 4 people). -Bedroom 4: Primary Suite, 1 King size bed, 1 full size sofa bed, walk-in shower, Wall AC unit Enjoy all the amenities we have to offer! Interior Amenities: 5 Smart TVs, electric fireplace, board games, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and reading material. Exterior Amenities: Not only do you get access to both the main house and casita, there is over 0.5 acres of outdoor space! Come enjoy the pool and diving board, two outdoor fireplaces (one Kiva and one pizza oven), kid’s playground, courtyard and large backyard with artificial turf, outdoor lounging furniture, plenty of paved and gravel parking, and a professional grade basketball hoop!
