Tastefully updated mid-century modern ‘Rancho' located in Long Beach. Perfect location for multiple shots with diverse and interesting angles all over the property. Recently renovated landscaping with a Parker Palm Springs-esque desert-tropical vibe. Features an indigo-tiled pool with overflow hot tub and waterfalls; outdoor wood plank shower wall; cozy courtyard with whimsical decorative tile patio and fire pit; backyard with outdoor dining table and lounge seating; astro turf yard. Floor-to-ceiling glass 'walls', clerestory windows and glass french doors let in ample natural light into the interior's open floor plan. The airy post and beam ceiling along with the combined living, dining and kitchen areas are great for wide angles and long lensing. The eclectic, yet tasteful furniture and decor are there if you want, or easily moveable should you want to stage with your own. Two cozy bedrooms and baths, and an office (that can be used for staging) round out the rest of the interior space. The front of the property features a short driveway (two cars side-by-side) leading to a detached garage. For an additional cost, a 1977 Porsche 911 Targa in Continental Orange is also available for shooting. As is a well-behaved, but not-as-well disciplined dog seen here in some photos.
