Two story 4 bedroom house Rio Rancho home with breathtaking unobstructed mountain views, pool and hot tub. The backyard makes the house a perfect film location. It has a 9 foot deep inground pool with attached hot tub and diving board. There is a beach wall mural around the pool area. Backyard also has firepit area, gazebo, patio with dining table and artificial grass. It is a completely private with brick walls surrounding the entire yard and white fencing for the pool area. The inside of the house is two levels. The downstairs is all laminate wood floors with two living areas, one with a wood burning fireplace and couch/television. The other living area has a couch and two sitting chairs along with a Mrs. Pac-Man machine. There is a large dining table to accommodate up to 8 people on the second half of the first living room. There is an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and a breakfast nook with a dining table. There is one bedroom downstairs with king bed and guest bath next to it. The upstairs has the master bed with a king bed, its own bath that could use some updating and a walk-in closet. It has two other bedrooms with a small window seating area. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a bunkbed. There is a full bath in the hallway that can use some updating. The house also has a two car garage with a large driveway able to fit 4-6 cars. It is located on a cul-de-sac with entrance to a walking trail right next to the house. The front of the house is desert landscaped with large bushes and trees.
