Includes all lighting, microphone boom, internet access, and playback TV set. Green screen included with a complete podcast recording studio adjacent to space and vocal booth for overdubs or narration. Beverage and snack area. Parking is available on the lower driveway, and overflow spaces are available on the upper driveway.
