Unique house with 70s vibes! Lived-in look, great for tv/film projects. Lots of parking with a side lot that fits up to 4 cars or two box trucks! Two vintage cars are currently in the lot, can be used or moved. House is two floors and has two bathrooms. Bottom floor has pool table. There's a backyard with a fire pit. Custom wall art! This is a back house that is private and off of the main road. Super Graphics, unique 70's art pieces, playboy, swanky and sexy!
