Create your next music video, film scene, branded shoot or private celebration in a 10,000-square-foot concert venue in Dallas’ Design District. A permanent stage, concert sound system, lighting and visuals give you an authentic performance setting with an experienced venue team available to help bring your plans together. FOR FILMING, CONTENT AND REHEARSALS Capture performance footage, DJ sets, dance content, fashion photography, commercials and branded activations. The room is also available for DJ practice and band rehearsals during agreed rental windows. Confirm the decks, mixers, instruments, sound levels and technician support you need before booking. The stage, open floor, bar and VIP area offer different looks within one location. Share your shot list and production needs so we can confirm equipment, technical support, access and timing before booking. This is a working concert venue, not a soundproof recording studio; please discuss any dialogue or quiet-recording requirements with us first. FOR EVENTS AND CELEBRATIONS The space welcomes corporate events, wedding receptions, fundraisers, galas, birthdays, reunions, independent promoters and live performances. Plan a seated occasion, cocktail reception or dance-floor celebration, with a layout tailored to your event. Capacity is up to 700 standing or 450 seated, subject to the final layout, stage use and event requirements. Planners, agencies and production companies are welcome. PRACTICAL DETAILS Street-level access, accessible entry, onsite parking, restrooms and a patio support guest arrival and production planning. Parking arrangements and any charges must be confirmed in advance. Outside catering is welcome; beverage service is coordinated through the venue. Private rentals welcome all ages; alcohol service and event-specific requirements are agreed during planning. Availability, equipment access, staffing, security, cleaning and any additional services will be confirmed in writing before acceptance. Public programming may affect rental windows. Active security cameras cover public areas, including the entry and main lounge/event areas, and remain in use during private rentals. Photos show examples of the venue and past events. Decor, furniture arrangements, catering, performers and equipment shown are not automatic inclusions; your written quote confirms what is provided.
