About the Space
16 Acres in the Hills of Tennessee in the Leipers Fork area. The home was built in 2017 but feels like it was built in the 1920's. This 5700 sqf home is on top of a hill at the end of a long enchanting driveway surrounded by big beautiful trees. We have a chickens, a bunny, outdoor cat and indoor beagle. We now have sheep and a Llama on the hill. The space is best used for: - Photo Shoots - Video Shoots - Music Videos - Filming - Other production needs!
