About the Space
A Space for Creativity Located in Historical Downtown Los Angeles, across from the newly opened Broadway Metro Station, we offer flexible spaces for a diverse range for production's needs. With multiple spaces, designed to cater to both visiting and local production groups. Lighting and other production equipment are available on hire, with the added perks of a central location amid hotels, restaurants, entertainment venues and public transport terminals. Our location can easily accommodate film productions as well as live theatrical performances, concerts, wine tastings, meetings, conferences, lectures, multimedia screenings, art shows, rehearsals and photo shoots. Adaptable to the varied needs of a creative, artistic clientele, we are a popular choice for productions shooting downtown.
