Ideal for fashion and product photo and video shoots, this unique studio is strategically positioned next to a convenient rolled-up garage door, facilitating easy equipment access and infusing your projects with the beauty of natural light. MULTIFUNCTIONAL DESIGN: Adjacent to the cyclorama, you'll find a spacious full-size bathroom boasting a distinctive free-standing tub and shower area. This seamlessly transitions into a multifunctional space that serves as both a bedroom and a home office studio. Customize this area to align with your project vision, noting that the model bathroom set does not include running water. The flexibility extends to all furniture pieces, which are removable, allowing you the freedom to curate your setting. Please refer to our Studio rules for additional guidance. PRODUCTIVITY HUB: Ensuring your productivity, our Studio is thoughtfully equipped with ample wall outlets, including 220V options, as well as a natural skylight situated above the bathroom Studio. Illuminating the entire space are strategically placed bright lights, providing optimal visibility for your creative pursuits. CREW COMFORT CORNER: For the comfort of your crew members, we offer an AC-equipped resting area designed for relaxation during break times. This additional feature enhances the overall experience, ensuring everyone can recharge and stay energized throughout the creative process. FREE & SPACIOUS PARKING: Convenience extends beyond the creative space with abundant parking available at both the front and back of the Studio. Failure to notify the host at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end of your booking may result in an overtime charge equivalent to x2 times the hourly rate as an additional fee. Please be advised that we strictly enforce our overtime policy, and overtime begins immediately after your scheduled time concludes, accruing charges in 30-minute intervals. SECURITY CAMERA USAGE: For your safety and to monitor arrival and departure times, overtime, extra charges, and potential damages, a camera is in place within the space. Rest assured, we do not retain any footage unless specifically requested as evidence for the aforementioned instances.
