About the Space
Discount available for filings on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, when my kids are in school. Please note, this house has lived in by a family of five, including a nine-year-old and twin four-year-olds. When you come to Scout, it may be in a more “lived in” state See photos of things cleaned up before a recent shoot in our photo gallery. I work from home and will be out of the way in my home office throughout your shoot if you need anything. Back patio and shaded backyard available for holding area for cast or catering. If sending an inquiry, please indicate what rooms you are interested in filming. Weekends may require an add-on fee of $100 because I will have to get the kids out of the house for the whole day. During the summer the kids are obviously out of school, there will be no weekday discounts offered. A small crew may use our bathroom with a small add on fee to cover the cleaning costs. Any larger operations, please provide your own bathroom.

Cosmo was the best host! This backyard was the perfect space for us to capture some chilhood flashback scenes. The wifi was amazing and he had great lunch reccs for the crew too! Overall great experience and was so easy to book.

Cosmo and Heidi were accommodating and generous hosts, and are all-around lovely people. The indoor/outdoor space is versatile and Cosmo was on site as needed to trouble-shoot any problem that might arise. Would return and recommend.
