Sitting back behind a giant magnolia tree, our crisp white modern farmhouse boasts 1600 square feet of comfort. A 2-story with open floor plan and plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We take pride in the collection of local and curated art dawning the walls and our many plants providing clean air and pops of joyful green. Modern brass and chrome fixtures affix our kitchen and half bath. Bosch appliances throughout with a powerful gas stove. The wine fridge hidden in the island holds 20 bottles respectively. The large mango tree wood dining table sits 6 comfortably, 8 if you’re enjoying a fun and competitive family game night. Our comfy sectional couch is perfect for enjoying movie night on the 75” screen TV partnered with Bose sound bar and surround sound. Alexa is there for music of your choice and weather updates. Both floors have Nest thermostats with eco settings. Download the Hue smart light app to control the color of the living room, dining table and backyard lights for a festive and safe evening. We recently installed a home office in the garage with plenty of natural light and dedicated a/c unit. Pop open the door and pull down the shade to enjoy a sun room feel. Upstairs are 2 roomy queen bedrooms that share an off hallway bathroom. Double vanity sinks and private shower/potty room allow for multiple guests to use at once. Our most impressive feature of the house sits in the Main Bedroom. A handmade king size bed frame with Tuft and Needle mattress, restoration hardware linen sheets and plenty of natural light to wake you up for an early morning stroll around the neighborhood. Walk around the corner to beat the (socially distanced) crowd for Veracruz tacos. Get the migas, you won’t be disappointed. If not, enjoy a relaxing spa like shower in the private main bathroom adjoined to the room. Soft linens and towels provided in the large linen closet in the upstairs hallway. The back yard is perfect for enjoying drinks in the sun which you will undoubtedly see in Austin. Take a stroll down the alley to the gate which leads you into the large and beautiful Parque Zaragoza, one of the biggest and oldest in East Austin. Gate is locked from the inside.
