We recently installed a home office in the garage with plenty of natural light and dedicated a/c unit. Pop open the door and pull down the shade to enjoy a sun room feel.
Upstairs are 2 roomy queen bedrooms that share an off hallway bathroom. Double vanity sinks and private shower/potty room allow for multiple guests to use at once.
Our most impressive feature of the house sits in the Main Bedroom. A handmade king size bed frame with Tuft and Needle mattress, restoration hardware linen sheets and plenty of natural light to wake you up for an early morning stroll around the neighborhood. Walk around the corner to beat the (socially distanced) crowd for Veracruz tacos. Get the migas,
you won’t be disappointed. If not, enjoy a relaxing spa like shower in the private main bathroom adjoined to the room.

Take a stroll down the alley to the gate which leads you into the large and beautiful Parque Zaragoza, one of the biggest and oldest in East Austin. Gate is locked from the inside.
