About the Space
A ranch style home with a cute modern-cottage design. The exterior is light gray with blue shutters around the front windows and sits inside a flowering garden on a corner lot. The interior design is modern but also shabby-sheek and cozy. A large Japanese Magnolia tree is a fixture of the front yard. The tree has beautiful green leaves in the spring and summer, it overflows with large pink flowers in January and February, and can look quite creepy in November and December when its branches are bare. There is a spacious rectangle-shaped backyard that is part grass and part stonework. It features fruit trees, vegetables and flowers. The house sits on a corner lot across the street from an elementary school. There is plentiful parking and space around the house on days that the school is not in session. There are sidewalks along the front and side of the house, with a gate leading into the backyard from the side sidewalk. Inside, the house has a large, open front room / kitchen area and a second living room. There is an opening in the wall which allows you to see from one living space into the other. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is 1,690 sq. ft. on a 7,012 sq. ft. lot.

Evan and Jill are excellent hosts! The property is amazing and exactly true to the online photos. This is a beautiful and perfect street facing property with a gorgeous front and back yard. Ample street parking is available and the driveway is very accessible, easy for load in and out.

Fantastic house with wonderful hosts. They were super relaxed and helpful whenever we had questions or issues. May not be obvious from the photos, but the house is much larger than it seems, and the double dining room / living room spaces really help to have holding areas for talent and crew that are out of the way, but close by.
