There is a hot tub in the middle with a surrounding wet bar, lighting and signs, antique juke box, TV, and a custom designed one-of-a-kind spiral staircase leading up to the Birdview Terrace that overlooks the hot tub and bar below. Looking out of the Birdview Terrace windows offers views of the lake and the property in every direction. There is a 10 car garage with a Tesla Model S, a custom Street rod, tractor, Bobcat, Kubota RTV, and lots of equipment.
