Custom-built home situated across the street from the Pacific Spirit Park. This home features a fully fenced private front and back yard with a Hot Tub, Custom fire pit, outdoor covered, and heated dining room. Gourmet kitchen with 6 burner gas stove, Subzero Fridge, Convection oven, and much more. Upstairs features 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with a third-floor private office and rooftop deck. Downstairs features a large recreation room and an additional 1 bedroom nanny suite with a private entrance and separate kitchen. Hourly rate shown is based on a still photo shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less for a minimum of 10 hours.
