Our custom brick Adobe is full of charm with details like original wood paneling, soaring ceilings, exposed beams, and many windows for beautiful light. Newly renovated bathrooms, a large open kitchen, and separate dining and living rooms make this perfect for large groups. Walk in showers with natural light enhance the experience in each of the newly renovated bathrooms. The Main Bedroom has a king bed with private attached and beautifully renovated en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, stylish soaking tub, walk-in closet, and reading chair. The living room was designed with a stylish Arizona look in mind, with cozy deep couches, and views of the private backyard pool area. Soaring ceilings, exposed beams, and transom windows provide beautiful light and a sense of ease. The outdoor space provides all the amenities to capture the colors and feel of the desert, including Hot Tub, Pool, outdoor dining with bistro lights, seating and fire pit, and multiple lounge chairs to relax by the pool. The pool area is fully fenced for additional safety. Pets - We may allow pets on a case by case basis, please message us to see if we can accommodate. You'll have private access to all areas of the property including pool, patio, enclosed front yard, and all spaces within the house. Front gate and front door are secured with electronic locks and your own unique access code. Parking for 3 cars, 2 tandem in driveway and 1 in frontage under mesquite trees.
