An ashram is a place where someone goes to cultivate his or her spirituality (feelings and emotions). It is a refuge of meditation in the middle of urban Sugarhouse. This is where we conduct the general yoga, yoga sports, and yogatherapy classes, as well as the yoga teacher training, yogatherapy training, and other specialization courses. t is a yoga ashram. The floors are interlocking floor mats. That means nobody can walk on them with shoes. There is candle holders and little hindu altars and symbols. And a lobby in the entrance. It would definitely only be best for anyone who can feel comfortable in that kind of setting. No food being eaten etc
