About the Space

A two hundred acres of old growth forest along the Molalla River just under an hour southeast of Portland, Oregon. A unique environment perfectly suited for filming pristine pacific northwest environments; from dense old growth forest and mossy mountainous wilderness to waterfalls and creeks and rivers all with accommodations for up to 100 cast and crew in the summer on the land. Multiple dwellings of various ages are available for sets including a 1905 rustic cabin, an all wood barn, a large communal lodge, sleeper cabins, tipis, and futuristic SpaceX engineered Jupe glamping cabins along with our all live edge cedar Bath House and roomy river deck that can hold over 150 people along with screenings of films, a two tiered band stage and ample power. We are also equipped with multiple RV sites for production as well as 50 amp, 30 amp and 120 GFI power stations for lighting needs. Perfect for a large crew to stay on-site during multi-day productions or easy for smaller productions to shoot and stay on the land reducing production costs for off-site hotels/RV rentals, etc. We had a feature shoot here in 2023 with Ashley Judd called Lazareth that will be out this year and a Foo Fighters Music Video called Show Me How shot entirely on location in the spring of 2023. For 2024 we have hosted the production for the independent feature Skycrash as well as hosting the first annual Creek Film Festival in September; a way to gather our filmmaking and film writing friends for a week of creative writing, editing, and sharing of finished works. We now also offer a limited amount of production gear onsite including sound and camera packages, drone and underwater photography, grip gear & more, just ask!
