A production creative studio space located in the heart of Hollywood. Studio Rental (Entire Studio Space) Cost: $10,000/day Site Rep: $350/day Cleaning Fee: $300/day Weekend HVAC: $1,200/day Extra: Parking: $24/day per spot Stand-alone costs for individual studio rentals upon request: Studio A - 1500 square foot studio perfect for photo shoots and video productions. Studio B - 750 sq ft studio with a 15’x25’x10’ white cyclorama wall with a 2.5' curve. Features: 15’x25’x10’ white cyclorama Furniture with the Studio A Rental: 2x two-person couches, 2x chairs Private green rooms, private make-up/hair/changing room. Equipment and amenities free with rental: Assorted c-stand and grip equipment (clamps, apple boxes, flags, sandbags, etc.) We have 10 desks that can be used as workstations at no extra cost. Climate controlled. HVAC systems have been optimized to deliver higher rates of fresh air to ensure compliance with Covid-19 guidelines. Plentiful parking in the attached garage to the complex (prices are posted at garage entrance). This is a first floor space. No elevators or stairs needed to access the studio. Limited touch points. Note: This is not a fully natural light studio. You will need artificial lighting.
