Welcome to our private, lush space in Eagle Rock designed to host on an intimate scale. Our secluded backyard property combines a 330 sqft creative studio with a 3,000 sqft garden and courtyard, an ideal setting for small projects and events handled with intention and care: * Photo, video shoots, content creation, small film, podcast production. * Creative workshops, private lessons, movement or mindfulness classes. * Intimate dinners, garden teatime, meetings, club gatherings. PROPERTY DETAILS: Our property is located on a tree-lined residential street that enjoys a quiet atmosphere, with occasional ambient sounds typical of Eagle Rock. We are a 5-min walk from shops, restaurants on Colorado Boulevard. We include: A CREATIVE STUDIO: * Our 330 sqft studio is designed to be modular. Explore our add-ons to see how it can be rearranged to your vision. The space is airy with exposed beams. Carriage doors on the west and French doors on the east open for indoor-outdoor living. Natural light streams in, making flat-lays, wide shots a breeze. * Our standard set up welcomes you with plenty of open counter space and a clean 9-ft harvest table, seating up to 10. The table can serve as a prep area or we can dress it for meals/workshops. Remove furniture to open the floor for shoots, movement or gear. * For those hosting with food, the studio includes a buffet area, beverage zone, two counter-height mini fridges and ample space for catering/styling. A deep utility sink aids with set-up, clean-up. The wide, 50 ft driveway behind our tall, privacy gate makes loading convenient. * The extensive studio collection of items is available for prop, event use for a fee, including serving boards, table linens, dinnerware and floral centerpieces. A LUSH GARDEN: Our garden is an abundant backdrop that moves with the seasons. It includes five distinct areas for shooting and hosting, all enclosed in tall hedges for privacy. The five zones include: 1. OAK CANOPY (313 sqft): A jungle-like oasis that lives beneath the shade of a vast Oak tree, filled with tropical potted plants, including a sculptural, 13-year-old Staghorn fern. Ideal for portraits, conversation, quiet seating. 2. POTTING PERGOLA (100 sqft): A shaded workspace with a primitive farmhouse table and a custom, 10-foot-long trough sink. Ideal as a styling station, workshop table, prep area. 3. VEGETABLE GARDEN (163 sqft): Custom, hip-high raised beds overflow with summer tomatoes and peppers and cool-season greens and beans. Pollinator-friendly flowers showcase year-round, drawing bees, butterflies, hummingbirds. 4. COURTYARD (550 sqft): A gathering space with cobble pavers. Lounge in Adirondack chairs or convene around a Restoration Hardware stone dining table. In the spring, a nearby fountain is framed by climbing eden roses. This is an open, versatile surface for meals, backdrops, staging, movement. 5. EDIBLE FOREST (820 sqft): The largest section of the garden features a lush edible forest centered around fruit trees. Mediterranean and native shrubs live alongside creeping ground covers and an ever-changing landscape of herbs, vegetables and flowers.
