This open-concept studio is designed for photography, videography, content creation, and small creative productions, while also offering a flexible layout for workshops, meetings, kids’ parties, and intimate events. The open floor plan makes it easy to build sets, shoot lifestyle content, film interviews, or host creator sessions with plenty of room to move equipment. Please note that tables and chairs are not included. You may bring your own or request rental coordination for an additional fee. The studio offers convenient on-site parking and a comfortable environment that allows photographers, videographers, and creators to work efficiently and host clients with ease. Whether you’re producing editorial portraits, lifestyle campaigns, social media content, podcast video recordings, or small creative workshops, this studio provides a versatile blank canvas for your vision.
