Our multi-purpose flexible space is available for private rental, perfect for photoshoots, pop-up exhibitions, mixers, seminars, corporate parties, private parties and more. Exposed post and beams structure, brick walls with concrete floors define the unique character of this space. Use of our custom designed entertaining kitchen & bar area featuring wine and beverage cooler, ice maker, dishwasher, beer tap, sink and microwave. Dedicated entrance with direct street access in the heart of Old Pasadena. With 2,500+ SF of space includes access to our private lounge/ meeting room with 65” smart TV, use of separate prep room with utility sink and two restrooms. -Windows for natural daylight -Multi zone lighting with dimming control -Two 72” x 48” Rectangle Tables -Two Rectangle Bar Tables -Scandanavian designed bar stools and chairs -Premium KEF 5.1 Surround Sound System -159” projection screen with 4k projector & Apple TV -Wireless microphones -WIFI access Rest of the building with Office Spaces may also be available.
