It is the renter’s responsibility to be in compliance with all the applicable city and state permits.
Space must be left as found.
Trash which doesn't fit in provided bins must be taken from the premises.
Hourly rates are per crew size. Additional guests, other than agreed upon: $40/person
Overtime is charged at 1.5x the hourly rate. Billed in 30 minute increments.
Guest agrees to allow host to use photos/videos taken by host for website and social media use/advertisement.
Leaving a hot set overnight $150 per day.
Parked cars in driveway must keep 10' egress
No loud fight scenes outside
No police uniform or gun props outside the building without proper permit
All tapes must be removed
No non-water based fake blood or fog machines
Business hours are 8am to 10pm. Outside business hours add $50/h
Overtime after 10pm is charged as follows: hourly rate + $50 x 1.5
No fireworks
No small particle items that are difficult to clean
Site rep fee $100/day will be added
After 9pm no loud noise outdoors is permitted. Guest will be held responsible.
Overtime starts at the end of your booking time until the last person leaves the building/parking lot.
Wedding rice, flour, glitter, confetti, sand etc must be completely removed at the end of the shoot.
No paint or aerosol spray cans.
Business hours are 8am to 10pm. Special arrangements can be made for after hours. Small crews only, no loud noise.
