About the Space

A dark and grungy, unique space that's available 24/7 for music videos, film shoots, commercials, photo shoots, and more. The space comes with access to a second floor kitchen/bathroom area for your use, with high speed 5G WiFi. It's a great hangout spot that's upstairs and away from set. It is the production's responsibility to obtain the proper permits, if they are required.

    This place is awesome! We used it to film at and there are several different rooms that were cool and perfect for our film. Not only is the location great but the host, Mike, is the most helpful host we've ever worked with! He is so accommodating and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I highly recommend renting here!
