About the Space

A bright, thoughtfully designed creative studio in the heart of the East Village, created as a shared home for architects, designers, artists, and other creative professionals. The approximately 1,400-square-foot space combines the character of a working design studio with a flexible, welcoming environment for meetings, workshops, coworking sessions, presentations, photo and video shoots, and intimate creative gatherings. The studio features generous worktables, a dedicated meeting area, lounge seating, pin-up and presentation space, a growing architecture and material library, kitchenette, and plenty of room to reconfigure the space depending on your needs. Located in one of Manhattan’s most vibrant neighborhoods, the studio has a warm, lived-in atmosphere rather than the feeling of a conventional event venue or corporate coworking space. It works especially well for creative teams, design reviews, collaborative work sessions, workshops, interviews, content creation, and small professional gatherings. We are architects and designers ourselves and created the space with creative work in mind. We’re happy to discuss different layouts and uses depending on your project or event.
