This open-concept space is filled with character — blending industrial textures with warm vintage charm, perfect for visually-driven productions. Key Features: Abundant Natural Light: Large east- and north-facing windows provide beautiful daylight throughout the day. Studio-Ready Setup: Includes a 9-foot seamless backdrop rig with a rotating selection of black and white papers. (Coloured will be additional. Basic lighting gear and accessories available — just ask for the current inventory. Vintage Industrial Aesthetic: Exposed brick, 12’ ceilings with wooden beams, original hardwood floors, and open ductwork create a cinematic backdrop. Flexible Furnishings: Minimalist and functional decor that can be styled or rearranged for your shoot. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Stove, microwave, fridge, and dishware available for use — ideal for lifestyle shoots or crew meals. Spacious Washroom: With both a freestanding tub and a walk-in shower — great for beauty or narrative setups. Lush Greenery: A variety of thriving plants add warmth and depth to your background. Additional Services: Access to in-house photographers, set designers, and production support available through Grounded Studio. No private events or parties — this is a dedicated space for creative work only. Location Perks: • Quiet residential street near Queen West and Dundas West. • Across from a scenic park with views of the downtown skyline. • Free street parking (7AM–12AM); overnight permits and adjacent lot rentals available for production vehicles.
