Available tools include sit/stand desks with dual monitors, a materials library, printing, mail and package receiving, a conference table and chairs, a projector, and a pin-up space. Additional amenities include a full bathroom, kitchenette, and wellness room. The space is secured by intercom entry, a security system, and an in-unit freight elevator.
