Gorgeous single story updated home with an early California craftsman style architecture and a complete resort So Cal vibe ! The backyard is an oasis of outdoor serenity with covered outdoor gabled vaulted patio, pool, custom bar and expansive gardens close to everything and stellar location. This home and property offer something for the most discerning enthusiasts whether an event, meeting, photo or film shoot. Fabulous tastefully designed kitchen-granite tile counters, large island with dining area and spacious and open floor plans with vaulted ceilings. Both front & back gable vaulted covered patios! Wheelchair accessible no steps in home! Willing to negotiate if longer shoot. NOTE: Our address is in Santa Ana but we are located in unincorporated North Tustin which does NOT require filming permits.

    The host was amazing! Quick to respond, very supportive, and super helpful throughout the process. The house is beautiful with plenty of space, perfect for a group. The pool area was a big hit, and she even kept it warm for the kids. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!
