The backyard is an oasis of outdoor serenity with covered outdoor gabled vaulted patio, pool, custom bar and expansive gardens close to everything and stellar location. This home and property offer something for the most discerning enthusiasts whether an event, meeting, photo or film shoot. Fabulous tastefully designed kitchen-granite tile counters, large island with dining area and spacious and open floor plans with vaulted ceilings. Both front & back gable vaulted covered patios! Wheelchair accessible no steps in home! Willing to negotiate if longer shoot. NOTE: Our address is in Santa Ana but we are located in unincorporated North Tustin which does NOT require filming permits.
