From its white picket fence laced with mature Iceberg roses, spectacular collection-quality original light fixtures, sophisticated kitchen featuring marble countertops, farm sink and shaker-style cabinetry, and a meticulously designed California meets Texas interior. Light-filled with gleaming hardwood floors, creamy plaster walls, and original moldings both living and dining rooms are spacious and airy. Wide French doors in the breakfast area open to the lovely covered patio creating an outdoor room with views and scents from the professionally landscaped back-yard abundant with fruit trees and flowers. California indoor/outdoor life-style at its best. The garage has been converted to a creative space that can serve as a production office, wardrobe, or hair and make-up space.

The space worked out well for our project! We had all our production setup in the large backyard, with their garage for hmu/styling. The inside of the house was a little tight to work in, but we managed just fine! Lots of great touches around the house that helped us tell our story. Fyi for anyone allergic there are cats that live here. Check in about sprinklers if you're using the backyard. Homeowners communicated everything and were clear with their needs and there was a rep on site.
